Episode 1: Series 2
Barbara Du Pres is in prison, leaving Joyce to lead her vigilante gang and keep the streets of Little Stempington clean. Joyce’s hubby Jeremy (chief of police) is hosting a delegation of international police chiefs, who are trying to find out why the crime rate is so low in Little Stempington. Meanwhile, Camilla’s gang have set up a mobile casino in the back of an articulated lorry - but need more customers.
Things come to a head when a troupe of male Belarusian ballet dancers stage a protest and demand political asylum during a performance in the village hall. Spotting an opportunity to develop the local vice scene, Camilla persuades the local cops to house the ballet dancers in the local garden centre where the Belarusians become sex slaves for the ladies of Little Stempington.
Joyce juggles a dinner party for hubby Jeremy’s police delegation with a commando attack on the garden centre, where she liberates the Belarussian boys.
Meanwhile, Camilla meets bent cop Chevy from Miami - in town for the conference - and they hatch the idea of a collaborating on a super casino on Stempington Wetlands.
Lots of swearing and violence. Barbara’s cellmate quickly learns who the daddy of her wing is. Camilla and Joyce have a bitchy fight in the women’s toilet at the ballet. Lillian is particularly dark. All good stuff - looking forward to the next one.
